What LLMs power the agents?
5 backends: local Ollama (Llama/Mistral), OpenRouter, Anthropic Claude Opus, Groq, and Gemini 2.0. High-complexity tasks route to Claude Opus. Standard tasks hit Llama-3.3-70B via OpenRouter. Model selection is per-agent configurable in the TOML files. You provide your own API keys.
Do I need my own VPS?
No. @KDSAIDEVBOT is already live on a Hostinger VPS. The $49 tier whitelists your Telegram user ID on the running instance. Self-hosting is also available — the full source is included with the Full Access tier. Message @itsKrakenLackin for details.
How does payment work?
Start the 7-day trial by messaging @KDSAIDEVBOT. When ready to upgrade, message @itsKrakenLackin. Payment via PayPal, USDC/ETH crypto, or Venmo. Your Telegram user ID is whitelisted immediately after confirmation.
What is the heartbeat exactly?
Every day at 8 AM LA time (15:00 UTC), the bot sends a custom Telegram message with your focus areas from soul.md, UELS non-profit status, KDS agency pulse, and an AI-generated proactive question based on your memory. It also sends a JSON memory snapshot as a file attachment — your cloud backup.
Can I add my own agents?
Yes. Every agent is a .toml file with a name, description, model, and system prompt. Drop it in the agents/ folder, send /reload to the bot. Your new specialist is live within seconds. 137 agents are already included as templates.

Built by Omar Estrada Velásquez (itsKrakenLackin), a web developer and AI automation specialist born in Ensenada, raised in LA/OC.
